What is the minimum order quantity? Gefken Cases focuses on professional users with custom products. There is no minimum order quantity.

Are the cases waterproof? The different product types have different features. For example, Sentinel plastic cases are IP67 waterproof, while other product types are only splashproof.
Can I have the cases customized? Yes, this is where Gefken Cases’ expertise lies.

How can I place an order? Since almost all of our products are custom-made for you, we first create a quote. Then you can approve the quote, and we will produce your products.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered? The delivery time depends on the size of the order and the desired specifications. The current delivery time will be discussed during the quote process, and we won’t disappoint you.

What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the destination.
