Demo cases for presenting samples

Present your product samples to customers or prospects professionally with a customised sample case. Whether you want to present colour samples, product samples or material samples, a demo case can be fully tailored to the shape and size of your products. The interior of the case is designed to keep everything securely and neatly organised, ensuring that your products arrive at the customer in optimal condition. This not only creates a professional impression, but also reinforces your brand identity. Personalisation with your company logo makes the sample case completely unique and reinforces your brand identity during every presentation.

Your personal presentation case

We ensure that your presentation case has everything you need and provide you with advice. We offer tailor-made solutions, working with you to determine the design and layout. It is often the details that make the difference. Take, for example, the aluminium case we produced for Garmin, which has an integrated power supply/adapter so that the products are charged for the presentation at each customer’s premises.

Our aluminium presentation cases are not only suitable for (consumer) electronics, but are also used for other product types from various industries. Four steps to your custom presentation cases

Intake

During the intake, we discuss your needs and requirements. By asking the right questions, we get to the essence and can advise you as effectively as possible.

We discuss the best possibilities and can show you the intended materials right away. Together, we determine the best options.

Design & Quote

In the design phase, we work out the discussed options. You will receive a quote from us, including a 3D design.

The design is realistic and can already be provided with your artwork. The quote is based on the discussed quantities or tiers, giving you a clear picture right away.

Prototype & Approval

After receiving the quote, including the 3D design, it’s up to you.

If approved, we start the production. This can be for the full series or first a prototype for approval.

If you opt for a prototype and there are changes afterward, we are happy to discuss them, adjust the quote, and start production after approval.

Production & Delivery

The production of your order will be scheduled and manufactured.

Once your order is ready, it will be packaged after the final inspection and delivered to the address you provided.
