After this most important first question has been answered and you have been provided with a heading of your choice, we will discuss your wishes and requirements. You may have already thought of a number of requirements. If this is not the case, we will gladly help you with this. By asking the right questions, we can come to the heart of the matter together with you and will be better able to advise you. We discuss the best options and immediately show the intended materials. All our employees have years of experience. Whether it concerns a simple case or a complex packaging problem to transport valuable goods, we always have tailor-made solutions. Together with you, we can determine the best options.
Once everyone is one the same page, it is time for our skilled product engineers to develop the wishes and packaging requirements into a digital design. This 3D model is lifelike and allows for the integration of your own artwork. You will thus immediately have a good overview and can see at a glance how your wishes have been processed. Our product engineers always ensure that your corporate identity matches the packaging solution. With this design, you will immediately receive a quote based on the discussed numbers or scales in order to immediately give you a good idea of the costs. Now it’s your turn! We hope to have informed you sufficiently with the help of 3D renders and the quotation so that you will be able to make a well-informed decision. Still not quite sure? After any adjustment of details, the quotation will be adjusted where necessary. If you are in agreement, we will schedule the production of your order.
Once everything is approved, the production process begins. We have most basic materials in stock in our own factory in the Netherlands. This includes aluminium profiles, sheet material, foam for the interior, locks, hinges, and handles. Depending on the size of the order or the exact configuration of the cases or flight cases, specific materials may have to be ordered. We have been working together with most of our suppliers for decades. We will nearly always be able to schedule your order for production.
When all the cases are finished and the order is ready, it will be delivered packed to the address you specified after a thorough final check. As soon as an order (or the test model) is ready, photos can be taken in our in-house photo studio. These can be supplied separately and can be used for various internal applications or in the customer’s marketing communications.
